Our approach
Understanding the brand

Every project begins with a review of the existing brand and content, followed by a discussion around goals, audience and messaging. We look at where the brand is most visible — across digital, print or campaign work — and what it needs to communicate clearly.
Exploring concepts

As standard, three distinct logo concepts are created. Each explores a different idea or tone, allowing themes to be compared and refined. Concepts are presented with clear reasoning and mockups, so the logo can be seen in action.
Shaping the direction

By understanding the brand in context, we’re able to identify messages that may be underdeveloped or unclear, and advise on how they could be strengthened. This stage sets the strategic direction before any design decisions are made.
Refining the final mark

Up to three rounds of amends are included, with the first round doing the most significant shaping. Once finalised, a logo pack is supplied with colour files, fonts and usage guidance to ensure consistency across all applications.

Depending on the scope of the project, we’ll likely conduct competitor research and gain an understanding of your industry to ensure the designs resonate with your audience.

For logo and larger design projects, we’ll provide you with three versions. This allows you to identify the elements you like and helps determine the overall direction of the project.

We will then work with you through three rounds of revisions to ensure you're happy with what we’ve created. This process allows for continuous feedback during the design stages.
